Loved my perfectly pleasant stay in this hotel. The breakfast was included and consisted of eggs and butter. The staff were competent and decent, everything was nice. Magnificent and unbeatable location, easy walk to a performing arts theater.

We loved our really nice stay here. Nice beds, experienced staff. Optimal location, walking distance to Richmond Centre Mall. Breakfast was large and good hot, with variety of meals.

It made our trip to Richmond a peaceful experience. The staff was warm hearted and we liked continental breakfast. Adequate room, even so the views were strange. The hotel had a stylish bar and a clean restaurant.
Tbh, Wi-Fi was bad and the bathroom was wet.

It was worth its 3 stars. Incredible base for discovering Richmond. We loved the breakfast, they served coffee and tea. Room was comfortable, which also was very clean.

The breakfast was complimentary, the personnel was gracious, the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet, towels were fluffy. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. It's really close to Ceili's Modern Irish Pub, good for a little drink...
